Beverly Pinkerton

Beverly has over 20 years of teaching experience in Tap, Jazz, and Ballet including 16 years at Parker Dance Academy in Parker, Colorado where she was the director of the tap program.  As a teacher and choreographer she has received various awards and recognition for her work with students on the dance competition circuit both on a regional and national level.  Beverly also both danced and choreographed for the worship and fine arts ministry of Orchard Road Christian Center in Denver, CO.  Beverly co-directed Colorado Dance Coalition which served the Colorado dance community through the production of master classes, and she was the personal teaching assistant to Robert L. Reed for the Colorado Chapter of the St. Louis Hoofer's Club.  She also choreographed musical theater productions of "Oklahoma" and "Guys and Dolls" for the Parker Theatre Company.  Beverly recently competed for team USA  at the IDO World Tap Dance 2018 championships where she received a silver medal. Beverly currently performs with Tap 24.7, a tap company based in Phoenix, AZ,  where she serves as a rehearsal captain.
